Hi all, i'm Jaye and i just found this website through google. I'm a 24 yr old single mum of one in Perth WA. My daughter Chloe was born on the 13/05/2009 2 months premi weighing only 1.2kg. She's now happy and thriving at home with me and 4.5kg!
