Hi there
Sorry to hear about your m/c and that you have still not been able to conceive again. :hugs:
I am only in my 3rd month of trying for #1 so not of huge help but wondered if you are charting yourself, taking temps and just following your cycle throughout the month? You can also take a supplement called Macca Root (I actually bought some last night) which helps with the balancing your hormones. You can also get acupuncture and take chinese herbs to help your chances.
Good luck with your journey - I hope you get a :bfp: soon!

Hi Zoerea
I am sorry for your loss.
I miscarried my first pregnancy in January and was beginning to think that I could not get pregnant again but just got my BFP on Tuesday.
I started charting my temps 3 months ago and have been seeing an acupuncturist for 5 weeks and that seems to have done the trick. The charting showed me that I was ovulating later than I thought an my LP was a little on the short side so the acupuncturist and taking some extra B6 seems to have worked.
Now I am praying for a sticky one!
Good luck and I hope you get some good news soon.
Hi thanks for your kind words, will take your advice.Best of luck and baby dust for you to
warm regards

Don't know what your diet is like but you could try cutting transfats out of your diet. I'm not sure if that's what helped me but I suddenly got quite fertile after a couple of months of elimnating them from my diet.
Check on the packaging of your butter, marge, oil, cakes, biscuits, donuts, pies etc & you will find that type of thing contains transfat.
In some women it can cause fertility issues & cutting back on it can help.
Once I cut right back on it I started to fall pregnant & had 3 pregnancies in the space of around 6 months & the last one resulted in my son being born. This was after many years of infertility & I was 42 at the time. It may have been something else that made me more fertile suddenly but I think it was my diet.
