Any one know how to make these, we love them but i would like to know how to make healthy ones as the shop ones are always greesy:thumbsdown:

Could you do rough hash browns (kinda like patties) by grating the potato, then shallow frying in a frypan? I don't know whether you have to add anything though.....
I'd like to know this one too, as normally i just buy the packet ones.

i think you grate the potatoes, then drain the juice by putting the grated potatoe in a teatowel and squeezing it out, i think you add small chopped onion, and seasoning then fry in a pan.thats how i used to make em. much better than the maccas greaseball ones.

I grate potatoe and drain excess put an egg in with it and some flour so it sticks together add salt and pepper, then fry in patties.
You can also add pumpkin, onion etc anything you want really they are so yummo.
