Anyone know how much im looking at to get a crown done on a tooth?? ive already had a root canal on this tooth but it needs a crown grrrrrr.
Id get it pulled out, but there has already been one pulled next to it, so i cant pull another one or id have the biggest gap ever :o
1 very expensive tooth :geek:

DF was quoted $1000 for A crown. Needless to say hasnt been done yet.

I don't know but our dentist charges about half what others do for most stuff, he's so cheap that we have traveled interstate to have work done multiple times (it's still cheaper to go to him including travel) so my advice is to shop around.

I got 4 done at once, for around $7k, including a whitening treatment beforehand on the surrounding teeth, plus a mouthguard/splint for nighttime so I didn't damage the new crowns with my grinding.

Don't forget you can claim back 20% of it on your end of year tax as a medical expense, if your total medical expense goes over $1,500.

1000 dollars for mine.

Next week is my last session of the root canal.. and then the crown 12 mths later!! Stupid teeth :laughing:
