So Im ttc i have an 8 month old son, whos still breastfeeding, af isnt regular. im thinking about taking vitex to help but then saw maca root does similar stuff. im wondering which one works better and the side effects of both while im breastfeeding, im not to worried about my milk supply. has it worked with anyone and how long till you noticed it started working, thanks in advance.
