What would you do?

I came off the pill almost 13 weeks ago and still no AF. Have been having TCM and acupuncture for 2 weeks now and had light spotting Monday and Tuesday this week but then nothing. It is really starting to get me down. Is anyone else in this boat? Do I just have to give it more time or is there anything else anyone could recommend......

Have you done a HPT? You are often very fertile as soon as you come off the pill.

Other wise you might be best to go see yuou doctor? There are lots of reasons why AF hasnt arrived yet and they would probally be able to help you more.

Try and do a preg. test but they do say stress plays a huge role in not getting periods. If I had of known this was going to happen to me, i would have come off the pill a long time ago! It's really hard when everyone around my is just 'getting preg' and it just happens! It is such an emotional rollercoaster. I think you live near me, near knox is that right? If so I can give you my obgyn's number she is fantastic an works through the Angliss, Mitcham, Knox Private and a few other hospitals.
