:smiliedance: Just wanted to let people know about this doppler. I bought one off Ebay in preparation for my next pregnancy and have lent it to a friend who is currently 16wks. She called me yesterday soooo excited as she detected the baby's heartbeat - it was the first time she had heard it as her OB has checked the heartbeat previously on ultrasound (while checking other things) and not with the doppler. She said the sound was so clear and they were going to record the baby's heartbeat. She couldn't wait for her hubby to come home so he could hear it.

So, I would highly recommend this product if you are in the market for a doppler. They can be quite expensive to hire ($30 - $50 per month) and this doppler is for sale at www.fertilitynaturopath.com for $89 plus postage. I reckon it's a real bargin as a lot of dopplers are priced anywhere from $150 - $500 to buy.

This website also has bulk pregnancy and ovulation tests at bargin prices too. :yelclap:

I had this doppler with my 2nd pregnancy and found it useless. I heard the swishing of the placenta and that was it:mad:. My placenta was at the front and that could of been the issue. But in early pregnancy and towards the end I didn't hear the heartbeat and I did everything correctly. My advice is go in for an ultrasound and find out where the placenta is first. This device will not work if its at the front like me.
