deep heat and scars...

not too sure if this belongs here but here goes...

generally every night i get pains in my left side, pains that make me vomit and have really bad headaches and its also making me not get much sleep as i am up in pain and vomiting etc.

my question is because i use the hot water bottle quite a bit, i have burnt myself several times and mainly around where i have stretch marks. i have scars on my back and on my stomach frin where i have burnt myself, when i put deep heat cream on to help with the pain, it actually stings to put it on. should i be putting on this cream? my stomach has lots of stretch marks but they arent very visible. however over the last few weeks, i have noticed my left side is becomming more visible as thats where the pain occurs.

Anything that stings to apply - I wouldn't be using it.

Are you looking at better ways to deal with your pain other than (too hot) hot water bottles? It sounds like the home treatments are causing further damage.

i have been to the hospital so many times and same with doctors. nobody can tell me what is causing this pain and i have had it for 2yrs or so and its just getting worse. the hot water bottle and deep heat cream helps with the pain to some degree.
