I am not sure if this is the right area,if it's not then please move mods.

I have been having stomach cramps, had some blood spotting,pains in my breasts, loads and loads of cm,feeling ill. What are my chances of being pregnant?
I did a test and it come back negative.
Its been 2-3 weeks since I had a period.

What do you all think?
