hey, sorry if this is the wrong place and if its to much info, but i started taking my pill again last week other wise i dont get my monthly then today i woke up with really bad cramps in my belly- i have never had cramp before ever and now feel sorry for others that get them is there anything i can do to stop the pain or help it a little?:( all i have been able to do all day is just lay there...:thumbsdown:

You poor thing! I found nurofen the best, but make sure you eat something when you take it so you don't have an empty stomach. Otherwise, panadol, naprogesic or something like that will help. Hot water bottles can be good if you've got a chance to sit still...

I usually only get the cramping for a day so I hope you're feeling better really soon.
