Late but brown tinged CM... Help!

This has probably been asked a million and one times before but anyways... Here I go again! Apologies in advance for the hugely long post!

Right... So I'm 3 weeks late for AF now :eek: usually my cycle is within 33 days and my LP is 16 days...

Anyways... So I'm on CD48 now... Yesterday and today I have had one teeny tiny spot (each day) of brownish stuff on my panty liner... and after I notice that, when I wipe I have brown tinged CM, which is very slimy... But that's it and it doesn't progress... and when I wipe every other time afterward its clear... Also I feel slimy "down there" like AF has started but when I go to check there isn't anything... I usually don't get any sort of spotting between AF, its just bam she's here, though I usually get sore b@@bs, some cramping and PMS beforehand, but nadda... Not even a little twinge (though last night and a little today I had killer wind pains)...

I took a HPT about 1 1/2 weeks ago now and it was definitely definitely, without a doubt NEGATIVE... There wasn't even a shadow of a line on that stick!

I had a MC in July (5 weeks) and have not had AF since... I haven't had any signs (mind you other than AF being a bit late with my MC I didn't either)...

Though my husband and I have separated now we have "hooked up" :o a few times since, most recently about a week ago, before that probably another week and used nothing...

Could I have O'd REALLY late and this be implantation bleeding?

Could I be pregnant and just experiencing normal spotting and had a false negative?

Or could my cycle just be screwed up because of the MC?

It sounds very similar to what I have just been through... so it could be pg symtoms but it could also be a mixed up cycle.

I had a chemical pg (very early m/c) in June. Before I got my AF which was over 2 weeks late I got the brown spotting for a few days before with a lot of wind and lower abdominal pressure (not like AF pains and had no AF symptoms). This last cycle was later by over a week as well and I think it was because my body was a bit mixed up after the previous month.

This cycle I am finally feeling normal so hoping to catch the egg this time :fingerscrossed:

Being so late I would suggest going to the doc for a blood test if you get another :bfn: by POAS - I have been told that the hpt's are seldom incorrect but can be and that a blood test is the most accurate way to find out the truth.

Thanks for that jellytot (cute name!) :hugs: and :fingerscrossed: you catch the eggie and have a healthy little sticky bub in 9 months!

Went to the doctor today and he wrote me a form for a blood test if I want it... He said to do it if my AF is still not here in a week or so... I have to have some other ones at the same time... If AF hasn't made an appearence in another few days I'll POAS again... and then if its still :bfn: I'll go have the blood test...

goodluck :fingerscrossed:, your cycle could be out of whack due to stress , hormones not back to normal due to your mc , pcos , late ovualtion or maybe your just having a long cycle , but you definately cant go wrong with blood test.
