Is it safe to take while breastfeeding? I have really sore joints (always have) and sometimes my knees ache badly (they have air pockets trapped in them). I was wondering if it was safe to take evening primrose to help ease joint pain?
I looked at glucosmine but it isn't safe during breastfeeding, and can interfere with fertlity.
If evening primrose isn't safe, can anyone recommend anything else to help?
