Today I rang kimberly clarke as I bought 98 huggies from Babies Galore and they seemed different + leaky at the sides and the elastic was shorter than usual, so thought perhaps they had changed their nappies.
Nope the ones I have are faulty apparently they asked me to send 2-3 in to them, free postage and they will send me 98 free ones....how good is that!!!
I was very impressed!

The same thing happened to me at Christmas. I bought a packet of 30 something and 2 tabs ripped on 2 nappies. I rang them at the end of January to tell them ( I waited till everyone was back from hols) She asked me a few questions and apologised. I thought that was that until the Aus Post fellow knocked on the door a few days later and had a bulk pack of nappies for me from Huggies. :smiliedance:
Absolutely the best service by far. Now if only they weren't so damn expensive....:detective:

Make sure you send it via registered mail. I had the same thing happen years ago and they said to send one in as a sample, so I did and I never heard back from them. So I emailed and they said it never arrived. So I haven't bothered buying huggies again.
I got a bag of 30 nappies today :smiliedance: not 98 but still me very happy :D
