Cleaning Help! Grease on car seats.

Does anyone know how to clean grease from bike chains of the back seat of the car? A couple of weeks ago I did a friend a favour and put her DD's bike in the back of the car and as it went in, the chain left grease on the back seat. I wasn't too worried, I was going to get it off when I got around to it. It wasn't on my list of things to do right now. Not until DP made a big deal about it and said that it will never come off and the car is becoming worth less and less money all the time! (I've put a few dents and scratches in it, not all my fault though!!)Grrr!

Anyway I want to prove him wrong and get the grease out. The material on the back seat is like a felt/velour type thing. Does anyone have any suggestions? They would be so appreciated!!

Sorry I dont know, but just wanted to say, my DH complains about the tiniest of scratches on our car, its a blooming 4x4! they are meant ot have scratches and dents! LOL

We went out 4x4ing and the next day he spent fixing it with touch up paint :rolleyes:

The kids have already broken a cup holder and ashtray within three days of us buying it, thats what happens when you have kids I guess

I got it off!! Thank god. I really wanted to prove him wrong and let him know that it isn't the end of the world. I used a Magic Eraser. I bought it to use in the showers, I hadn't used it yet so I thought I'd give it a go. It came off so easily!
When I told DP I got the marks off, he just said he didn't care anymore. That he doesn't care what the car looks like anymore. I think he's trying to do reverse psycology on me. Oh Well at least the marks are gone!!

I'm pretty new to bub hub, just moved here. I really enjoy living down here though. How long have you been in Safety Bay for?
