Can anybody give me their opinions on my chart please? This is my first cycle since stillbirth in June. I have not charted before, so unsure how "jagged" temps should be. I am very good at temping the same time each day, do my temps appear to be "normal" for the pre-O phase?
Also, what does everyone think about this cycle in terms of when O might occur? Does it look like it might end up anovulatory?
Thanks so much!!

Hi

(firstly I am so sorry for the loss of your twins)

You have got a dip on CD14 and then a rise but it does not look like the rise has gone above your coverline. I usually have a dip then a rise, then a bigger rise to go above coverline.
My coverline is a lot higher than yours at 36.6.

You are welcome to look at my chart to compare;

:fingerscrossed: for you

Hi there,

Thank you. How do I know what my coverline is??
So do you think that my temps are too low to O?

Hi there

I just checked out your chart.

Some of your temps are below 36 degrees, which is actually too low for a egg to survive.. your body temp needs to stay above 36 for eggie to survive :) HTH.

Acupuncture and traditional chinese medicine helped my temps stay above 36 degrees :)

Hi dtbm - are you sure that info about egg survival is correct?? I have been looking in the chart gallery on FF and there are alot of charts resulting in pregnancy with temps below 36 degrees. Where is that info about egg survival and temperature from?

Hi there,

Thank you. How do I know what my coverline is??
So do you think that my temps are too low to O?

Once you have a full cycle on FF it will tell you what your coverline temp is (it is the one that is below the red line on my chart).

I would say that you need a higher temp tomorrow and then two more days of high temps after that to say that you O'd.

Thanks Chickpea. So provided i get two more days of temps higher than today, you think FF will call it O?
I havent actually had any fertile cm though, can you still O with no fertile cm? I have been quite sticky, today was the first day cm was a bit milky in the morning only - sticky this avo again. Plus, we BD last night before bed so maybe the milky cm was just that??
Also, what do you think of my temps in regards to egg survival. do you agree they are too low??

I don't have links.. I am fairly sure you don't require links for everything in this world.. :p This is what my specialist told me, I had constant temperatures that were below 36 degrees.. It does take a few months to get to know your charts etc.

Good luck

Thanks dtbm - youre right, we dont need links to everything in this world. however, if your specialist is making statements such as that perhaps he/she ought to view these charts too, as it is quite obvious you dont need a temp above 36 degrees for egg survival. Thanks tho for your opinion, its good to hear different perspectives on things like this.:)

Sorry, I dont know anything about eggs needing certain temps, but my average temp is 36.6 and usually 36.9 and above after i have o'd.

You can add higher temps in to FF and see if it gives you an O, I would think you would need one tomorrow that is a bit higher, then two more after that about the same or higher- so higher temps for the next 3 days to call it an O.

Good luck

Doesn't look like there is any O going on there.

I always have low temps before O, sometimes under 36 degrees yet I've been pregnant 4 times & 3 of those were in just 1 year. I now have a 14 month old son so don't worry too much about low temps (doesn't sound like you are anyway). Some of us just have a lower body temperatures, our after O temp is also lower than other women too.

You should notice a rise in temp that stays up for 3 days when you O. When this happens you will notice FF will put a red mark called a coverline in which will show when it thinks you O'd. It will be a solid line if it's certain, if it's not so certain it will be a broken line. Sometimes FF will change your O date based on info you enter later in the cycle.

Thanks for the advice Chickpea - I'll see how the next few days go. I did just do an OPK and got a faint second line. Now what do I make of this??
Thanks Amara - I'm not so worried about my low temps now, there are plently of women out there who have them and get pg so not a concern to me now. I will see how my temps go over the next few days - just got a faint second line on OPK (see above) so hoping for some good news for O in next few days!!
