Sounds of Silence CD.

Is 7 months too old to start using Sounds of Silence cd? I use Music for dreaming at the moment.

I think 7 months is getting a bit old to start using the cd. We occasionally used the cd when our bub was that old but we had been using it since she was a newborn.

hi there we started using that cd when DS was about 4 1/2 months old we only use it sometimes now! I guess it is worth a go!! We were willing to try anything!!

If you want to try a new cd for bedtime then I would suggest 'Peace Baby'. We alternate between this and 'Music for Dreaming'. I got my copy with the Pinky McKay book '100 ways to calm the crying' but I've also seen it for sale in the baby goods section of my local Woolworths. It is absolutly beautiful music - our DS sleeps in our room and I stick it back on when I go into bed to help me fall asleep too!
