HELP with Infa Vario Kid Max booster!

Hi all,

I hope someone will be able to help me with the installation of my DD's new booster.

We bought her an INFA Vario Kid Max and are a little confused about the red clip. Where does it go? Is it some sort of anti-submarining clip? Not sure how it could be. I thought it was to go over the lap and sash belts at the side opposite the buckle to hold them together but neither myself or DH can get it to clip over both belts together.

Also, I have put a H-harness on her and it just keeps slipping off her shoulders. Any ideas how to fix that?

Sorry to be a pain with all of the questions but I am afraid that she is not safe the way we have things and I have to use the seat tomorrow!

We just bought the Infa Comfy Cruiser.

DH put it in on the weekend and we have it on the left hand side of the car and the red clip is attatched on the left side aswell, but I can't remember which belts its on. DH has the car at the mo but I can check it when he gets home if no one else has replied :)

is it not closing due to the strap being too wide or when their together its too thick??mine was stiff but not to the point of it not closing..maybe take it back to the store and ask them to close it or replace it if they cant get it together..as its a safety issue if its not locking.

put the red clasp on what ever side the seat is on -so towards the outside of the car..for the middle- from the side your shoulder strap comes from.
H-harness...i had this problem for my son when i had this seat for him..Your proberbly better off going out and getting the protecta harness which adjusts at the front instead of the back...i believe.. hope that helps good luck
