hey all
we just moved from scarborough to red hill.YEAY!!!!! so looking for info on the inner city. like child health centres, mamma groups, play-thingys etc.
we are keen to meet mammas!

we are 'next door' in Paddington. just moved here too, less than 2 months ago!

We have found:
- the child health place is down on given terrace (ph:3369 3542) next to the paddo tavern (havent been in there yet..;) )


- we have just joined a playgroup, you can find out details under http://www.playgroupaustralia.com.au/qld/index.cfm or i can drop you a PM.


- there are lots of good parks - try woolcock and gilbert parks, loads of good play equipment, the former is flatter for the pram! also up near tennis ave in ashgrove there is one that is good for a walk and you can feed the ducks! if you have a car and when bub is older there is gregory park down in milton that has a sand play area for the wee ones.

we have been up to scarborough, ds1 loved the park with the enormous tree to climb - so did dh!:D
