Are you trying to get pregnant and feeling stressed? :smiliedance:
The Centre for Complementary Medicine Research, at the University of Western Sydney (Campbelltown Campus and Bankstown Campus) is conducting a new trial to evaluate the role of acupuncture to reduce fertility related stress and anxiety whilst a woman is trying to get pregnant.
To be able to join the study we are recruiting 32 women aged 20-45 years, with a diagnosis of infertility and/or history of unsuccessfully trying to conceive for 12 months or more. You will also need to confirm you are able to attend for the acupuncture treatment sessions at the Campbelltown Campus. For women planning assisted fertility treatment you need to enrol in our study 1 month prior to commencing treatment.
If you would like to be part of this research study to assist with examining new forms of supportive care during this distressing time, please contact the researchers for more information. Researchers can be contacted on phone 0450 920976, or email
