levele of progesterone at 7dpo

does anyone know what the 'normal' level of progesterone should be to signify a good ovulation?

I think anything over 10 is good a range of 10-28. someone correct me if i'm wrong though.

depends whether you are on fertility medication or not without clomid when i o'd it was 30 with clomid it has been 50-80.
when i wasn't oing at all it was under 10.
