Hi,

I am really taken with the idea of using clothies. Well I think I will use clothies at home and disposables while out. Anyways, I got some samples of Bambino Mio Nappies at the baby expo, and I think they are soo cute - I was just wondering if they are in fact any good? has anyone got any good experiences to share using these?

I don't use their nappies, but I do use their flushable paper liners, and they are really good.

I really like the fact that they are flushable, unlike most other disposable liners around.

I agree - its a great idea to have flushable liners - makes things a lot easier to tidy up!
They have a whole range of things such as nappy dry pailing sanitiser, nappy wash, bags buckets etc.. quite $$$$ though at about $17 I think for 200 liners - again this is nothing in comparison to disposable nappies though!

I paid only about $10 for 200 liners at Baby Bunting - so $17 for the roll is highway robbery!

The price I paid for them placed them in between the cheapie homebrand ones and the Johnson's ones for price, so quite reasonable.

Since I initially posted this reply, I checked the price of the liners on Baby Bunting's site, and they have gone up heaps! They are now $17.50 per roll. Thank goodness I stocked up!

Wow, thas a bit of a price hike!! Eeek! But still cheaper than getting disposables and probably at double the price of J&J's which unfortunately are not BIO degradeable.. hmmmm

Check out this site for bio degradable nappy products etc! They are very similiar type of nappies to the Bambino and I absolutely love these nappies and their products;)

Personally I'm not a big fan of Bambino Mio cloth nappies. They're cute, but they seem very synthetic to me IYKWIM.

That said, I bought some of their liners at the show and they are BRILLIANT! I normally use fleece liners, but at the moment, that would be quite difficult (long story).

Although they're not overly trim, I'm a huge fan of Baby Beehinds. I've got 30 of them and they are absolutely fantastic. Have only ever had one single leak, and that was in the early days before they had 'broken in'.

All the best. Cloth nappies are so well worth it (this is coming from the queen of disorganisation).

Cheers,
GG
