what do you guys think?? am i preggers?

so im now on day 32 and no af. i have had cramps, but ive had cramps like af was about to start for about a week now and nothing.

i have been feeling a tiny bit :barf:but i havent actually thrown up, just a bit sick in the stomach.

so i did a test on thursday with fmu and to me it seemed like there might be the slightest shadow of a line...but i wasnt sure if my mind was just playing tricks on me! so i put it in the bin and left for the day. that afternoon, i looked at it again, and there was definitely a faint line there...but whats with that whole dont read it after 10 mins thing? why do they say that?

so i went to the dr on friday, and he was really rude, didnt like him!! did a test, said it was negative, and said i was going to get my af...well im still twiddling my thumbs here!!

but my question is, this test i did on thursday...could it have been negative, but after 10 mins showed up positive like it did, but me not be pregnant? or is it likely that test was positive and i am pregnant?

Well you havent got your AF yet so its definitely possible that you are pregnant - but I wouldnt base it on a test unless you are sure that the line was there (not just an evaporation line which I understand can develop after the 10min mark)

I understand your pain. I too got a very faint positive on Thursday, but have gotten negative HPTs since.. but I have colostrum and I still dont have my period (this is day 33 for me but I have a variable 28-35 day cycle)

Maybe try another test in the mornings til it turns positive or you get your period? Thats what I'm doing, although I'm losing faith cause its been 4 days since I got my faint positive..

similiar thing happened to me when i found out with ds... had the slightest 2 lines, went to dr but she was nice and said she wasnt sure if she could see the slightest positive on the test there, i did one a couple of days later and there was the definate 2 lines straight up...

well i think im going to wait till the end of the wk anyways to test again, if i can hold out that long. i seriously keep telling myself my af is about to start coz it feels that way, but its been like that for about a week...

What test did you use? I used a first response and got a faint line but at the doctors it was negative. The doctor was pretty certain i was not pregnant but i talked him into a blood test and i was indeed pregnant - just very early on :yes:
