family tax benefit suppliment paid twice?

hi all just checking from other mums has anyone received the 600 payment per child suppliment twice for this financial year? my partner was at work last night and he said a few of the guys were saying that thay received it twice for there kids 2 payments.:confused:

Are you sure on of the payments wasn't the arrears payment of FTB?

They usually pay the supplements in one payment then the FTB arrears in another.

I secong HM's guess.....I got a bit 'diappointed' because I thought that I'd got only a tiny bit of the tax supplement (due to to a slight underestimation of income)...only to be paid my actual tax supplement this week....read back and discovered that the first payment was my quarterly FTB arrears

Centelink messed up my details, put wrong DOB in for me. As a result my Childcare Centre info never transferred to the family assistance office system properly. My tax rebate was paid but always late as I had to call and call and call. They kept telling it was fixed but for 3 quarters the same mess happens and I have to call and call asking for my $$$. Now they have paid me all previous payments a 2nd time and what I was due for the last qtr on top of it....What am I supposed to do now??? Does anyone know?

i would call them or better yet, go into their office and explain it to them. dont spend the money as it will have to be paid back. hopefully someone will have a bit of other information as to what will happen but i think going in would be the best option.
