Dimetapp - is it ok???

I know I should probably just ring the pharmacy to find out(because that's how what the box says!) but I've lost my voice!

Is Dimetapp Elixor ok while breastfeeding?

i was told no when i was sick like you.

but some sites say its ok.

im pretty sure it might be case by case senerio in which doctor you get.

could you see a doctor tomorrow? and just do some more natural remedies tonight? strepsils, honey lemon drink,salt water gargle ect

i hate when im sick because it reminds me that i cant take anything

Thanks Rosie. All I've taken during this time has either been panadol or antibiotics(obviously prescription).

But you did give me a good idea... off to have a lemon and honey drink now!

I guess the medication side is the downfall about to breastfeeding, but the lovely snuggles make it worth it.
