For those of you who do the preservative/additive free diets, have you found a major improvement in you childs behaviour?? If so what sought of improvments, like sleeping, general behaviour??

Cheers :)

P.S Oh and have you found them very difficult to stick too?

I think artificiol preservitive, additive and colour free diet is very easy to stick to these days because there is a great range just at yuor local supermarket. I however have also removed dairy and egg and soy so that makes it pretty hard. I also try to remove most gluten but htat is the one I find the hardest out of all of them.

As for my daughters behaviour. I will be honest she still has her moments it isn't a magic cure that is going to turn your child into the perfect angel. How ever it has calmed her down quite a bit and when she does have nastys I definately see a reaction in her behaviour.

Were totally additive/preservative/colour free, started with DS1 reacting to Sulphur Dioxide in grapes, he was waking in the middle of the night screaming, crying, hysterical, we stopped the grapes and he improved the next night. He really reacts to 202 and 222 as well - bites and is rough.

We basically went the whole way because it was easier then spending all my day reading/trying to figure out numbers and words. I started by buying Additive Alert from the book shop $20 and emptied my fridge/pantry. We make everything from scratch which is a lot easier then you think.
