Ivf treatment

Has anyone heard of Dr John Esler who operates a infertility/fertility clinic in Towoomba Qld,.If so any comments would be helpful in regards to sucsess in treatment,particularly in over 40s and first child attempt.I am 43 and met my husband when i was 39 have tried artifical insemination 3 times but no luck.have had a laparscpy which showed damage to tubes but am producing egg's.:)

Hi, I have only heard positive reports about Dr Esler. I'm not too sure about over 40s but two people i work with have fallen pregnant with his assistance and they are both in their late 30s with partners in their 40s. My DH and i will actually be going to see him later this year once DH sees a urologist.
