Hi guys
I watched a documentry called will fish make my kid smarter on SBS last night. It was talking about Omega 3 and how it can cause Less heart diease, Depression to cease and even make kids concentrate more at school and settle the ADHD kids. Has anyone tried this?
I ate alot of Tuna for my first pregnancy 11 years ago, my boy is very smart, almost top of the class. I hardly ate any fish for my second pregnancy and my 8 year old is now hypo, having learning difficulites and finds it hard to concentrate.
I took blackmore supplments with my 3rd child who is almost 14mths which has omega 3 in the tablets and she seems to be on the track to being smart as well as she is well beyond her developmental stages.
Have I disadvantaged my 8 year old???
I am thinking of getting omega 3 supplements for him to see if his learning improves. I just dont want to see him struggle as it can be hard, especially in high school for kids
Has anyone already tried this with thier children, I would love to hear your stories
Thanks
Cherie
