This may seem like a dumb question - I just bought a p & t as I have a newborn and a 2 year old but me and hubby can't work out how you harness the newborn in as the harness is is fixed right down the bottom of the seat. Is there something we are missing from the instructions or is it a case of you then have to purchase the cacoon to secure newby? Thanks Jo :o

Hi Jo - not a dumb question at all! I love my P & T pram but am challenged by all it's different angle options etc all the time!

When Kade was brand new we inserted a cocoon, it was actually a hand-me-down Valco one but it fitted ok. Then at 2 months we moved him into the actual pram, although I bought a sheepskin liner cause it looked too cold for this time of year without it! He still seems far down (due to where the straps are) but I confirmed with my friend from mum's group who has one too.

Hope this helps!

In new born mode you can't secure them in the pram - but as they are lying flat and as most bassinet attachments for prams don't allow for securing them either I didn't find it to be a problem.
