We are looking at getting a Nissan Navara Dual cab ute for DH. I am just wondering if you can fit baby car seat in safely? Is there room for anchor points etc? Is the back seat area very cramped?

Not 100% sure with the Navara but we had a hilux dual cab it was suprisingly roomy in the back fitted car seat no dramas (anchor points were behind the back seats) but we did have to use a piece of rolled canvas (or towel/material) to stop it moving quite so much as the back seats were very upright so the car seat didn't sit as snugly as in other cars but our instructions said rolled towel(etc) was reccommended to help with that prob.

Hmm not sure about the Nissan Navara. My dad has a new Mitsubishi Triton Dual Cab and they don't have the anchor points on the back of the seats or floor behind the seats.... we wouldn't find them anyway!!!
