Struggling to carry my big bubba

Hi guys,

I though i would ask you (the experts :)). My DS2 is 5.5months and a whopping 11kg. He is big all over, but developmental he is still very much a 5mo. He wants to be carried or in a baby carrier every where we go, but i am struggling with his weight. I also have a DS1 who is 2.5 yrs to run after, and sometimes carry.
I have 2 hug a bub's and an ergo. I tend to carry him in the front, because im not good at getting him in the back on my own, and i still have a flabby belly from the bub, and the strap is uncomfortable.

Has anyone here struggled to carry a big bub? and what did you do to help get through it?

The best carrier I've found for heavier bubs (better than Ergo, which I also have) is the Mei Favorite. It has a heavy buckled waist strap like the ergo, but the top 2 straps are long and Mei Tai style. I got one with extra-long straps and used it in a Tibetan tie, which I found was the best for distributing weight evenly.
