When did your m/s ease?

Okay so i'm 11 weeks today and from about mid last week my m/s seems to have eased down a lot! And i'm feeling very normal now. Though some foods still turn me off! I am gagging here and there but besides that I feel great!!
Is it normal for m/s to ease down this early on? I'm probably just worrying too much but from what i'm aware of m/s isn't meant to ease down until 12-14 wks???

I wouldn't be worried if I were you, just think yourself lucky it didn't last until 18 weeks like mine or 40 weeks like some!!

Mine went from about 6 weeks til about 18 or 19 weeks.

Are you worried that it could mean something adverse?

I think there's a lot of variation for morning sickness, but I'm sure it's okay. You could always see your GP if you're concerned.

My morning sickness wasn't just nausea, but vomiting. It lasted from week 6 to week 19.
I usually threw up first thing in the morning - had no idea it was possible to be so sick on an empty stomach! You haven't really lived until you've thrown up bile :yes:

I am now 91/2 weeks and have not has m/s for 2 full days now!!!:fingerscrossed:
It came on at week 7 and lasted 2 weeks (if its definately over that is). I didnt throw up but felt queasy from lunch time to bed time, and eating made it worse. I gagged / dry reached a couple of times but that was the worst it got. Even the 2 weeks I've had was enough to make me totally over it, so I dont know how women cope having it their entire pregnancies.
I had virtually no m/s with my first (12 years ago!) - just a few times I felt a bit off but nothing really to complain about.
I have spoken to a few other mums who said their m/s eased off at 9-10 weeks too so I wouldnt worry - just consider yourself one of the lucky ones.
I am starting to feel great actually - I even walked the dogs after work yesterday which is the first time I have felt like it in ages!
Hope it stays that way..

I had the worst ALL DAY sickness from 5 weeks until around 20 weeks....
I was ill from morning to night & couldnt keep anything down. Maxalon did nothing & i even burst all the blood vessels in my eyeballs from throwing up so hard & so much.

It is the worst feeling & i wouldnt wish it on anyone! It was that bad that im really scared to get pregnant again!:barf:

How long MS lasts is definitely different for everyone. I am currently 37 weeks and still throwing up daily, first two pregnacies were the same. As soon as baby is out mine stops.

I hope I have the same luck as you! I am 10 weeks and still feeling pretty terrible.
My sickness is pretty true to it's words "morning". I feel horrid and nausea comes over me when I wake up until I head to the shower and throw up (mind u its never anything more than salivia or possibly bile?). It's a terrible way to start the day.
So if you're over yours already then good luck to you, you can finally start enjoying the pregnancy! :thumbsup:

i am 8weeks pregnant and yesterday was my first day without any morning sickness and it was very exciting!!

i got my first day of constant all day nausea at 4weeks on the dot and lasted for 4 weeks and hoping it will not return!!

i am happy that i feel normal again so don't worry!!:)

All three times my m/s has eased up at 10 weeks.
With DD1 it was pretty well completely gone at 12 weeks (just couldn't get too hungry or I'd feel sick but that was only until 14 weeks)
DD2 it was all gone at 14 weeks.
DS it hung around until 20 weeks and I'm now 30 weeks and starting to feel sick in the morning until I eat something (anything, I just wake up so hungry I feel sick)

my m/s started from 6 wks and the wooziness lasted until 16wks but i stopped being sick at about 10.

it was worse when i woke up in the morning (plain toast helped), but fine once i got going.

i gagged abit and was sick on rare occasion but apart from that i just felt really fat! :laughing:

I think I have just got used to it:laughing:, here I am third time round doing it all again.

Mine was from week 6 to week 13 i did not have one single morning where I didn't throw up my breakfast :(

Then maybe for the next 3 weeks I still felt nauseous, but only threw up occasionally.

Though around week 16 I threw up every hour on the hour for about 8 hours or so and then did this again around week 24. And my doctor assured me it was just a pregnancy symptom, I just had a funny hormone flucuation and I was producing too much mucus which is why I was throwing up.

I didn't feel hungry, not once, not ever, or enjoy food and enjoy eating until around 30 weeks. And then I could eat anything, any time, so hungry, eat eat eat, didn't feel sick.

My favourite trimester by a landslide was the third!!!

Mine ended around the 16 week mark though I still get a day now and then when I feel sick. Had no sickness with my first pregnancy at all so this time round it hasn't been very pleasant!

With my first I only had it on a few occassions, my second I was sick the whole time. I was throwing up in the morning, midnight and everywhere in between. This time round I still have it and I'm 17 weeks, so expecting it to be like last time me thinks. I wish I didnt get, its horrible :(

this is my 6th pregnancy
and with all i have had morning sickness even tho i sadly lost 5 babies but i do have 2 beautiful children
but with my daughter i spewed non stop so much that i was 35kg lighter at 38 weeks than i was b4 i even fell preg and i threw up so much i tore the inside of my stomache and started to throw up blood

with my son i spewed prolly twice a day til bout 18 weeks and it returned towards the end

and with this bub i have been spewing since about 5 weeks im now 11 weeks and have lost 4.5kg already cause i cant keep anything down :( i wish it would go away
