I found this somewhere, hope it helps.
I was given this list of things to use as a substitue for eggs.. hope this is of some help to some of you....
Sift 2 level tbspns custard powder with flour and beat 1 desertspoon vinegar in with the butter and suger (this replaces 1 egg).
Another method is to use 1 desertspoon of vinegar and 1/2 cup of milk (= 2eggs)
For fruit cakes: add 1 desertspoon of vinegar in which 1/2teaspoon bicarb of soda has been dissolved. Add this last (= 2eggs)
A tsp of glycerine takes place of an egg and makes cakes and biscuits light and fluffy.
One tablespoon golden syrup to every 1 1/4 cups warm milk is equal to 3 eggs.
Golden syrup will serve the purpose of sugar, eggs and milk will keep it moist
