I'm Stephanie - a new mum in my early 30's with a 8 week old daughter Jessica. I am unfortunately suffering cabin fever! - and I mean that in the nicest way....lol

After being a career woman for all these years being a mum is a total new world to me! Would love to meet some new mummy friends for friendship and outings within the Mt Gravatt Area.

hi stephanie, im not in your area but know how u feel i Had my DD a year ago and was working full time b4 she was born. i return to work part time in a couple of weeks and am really going to miss being at home. so enjoy this time as it all goes too quickly. i am 34 and it did take some adjusting but it all became routine very quickly.
if you are bored i suggest contact a mobile play group for a small fee they did wonders for me andDD.

Movie didn't happen :no: Some genius at BBC decided that the Brisbane BiA session this week would be changed from "Hoodwinked" to some non-kid friendly one. I was going with my friend and her 3 kiddies (4mths, 3yrs, 6yrs)... so that idea got squashed.

But we did see Pirates 2 a few weeks ago, and yes! It was brilliant! :yelclap:

Just to let you know I have made a booking for us at "Spoons" at 10.30am under the name of "Bub Hub Mothers Group" (they are going to put a little sign on the table with that written on it) as we may find it hard to recognise each other as some of us do not have the Bub Hub Ribbons and this way we won't embarrass ourselves by sitting at the wrong table!!! OOPS!!! :p
