Paint touch ups on nursery furniture?

I have the King Parrot Kimberley cot and the King Parrot 4 draw chest with change table attatchment in white. Now over the last 20mths some of the paintwork has been scuffed and marked, not alot just a few lil bumps but im picky n it upsets me to see it damaged (it mostly when we moved house a mth ago and when i lowered the cot base when DD was 6mths) i was just wondering if its okay to buy some paint (safe, toxic free obviously) n do some touch ups on it? ive emailed King Parrot so im waiting for their reply but thinking they wont recommend it.

Anyone done touch ups on their nursery furniture? what paint did u use?
