Well last night I got up to change my bubs nappy and I fainted (which is not like me at all) Kind of like cold sweat etc and then bam I hit the floor!!! I have felt so dizzy and weird! Anyway my periods have been all over the place so it was due around now and my dh suggested I might be pregnant so I just took a pregnosis test (wasn't morning urine) and was bfp. Are they a reliable test? Has anyone else felt dizzy when they first got pregnant? I had some bleeding Sunday night and cramping but nothing since.
Please help!
Thanks

I dont want to scare you - but I have had 2 ectopic pregancies and they both showed up positive on HPT's and the first symptom I had was fainting and dizziness. Get an ultrasound done ASAP - even tonight at your hospital. A ruptured tube is the last thing that I would wish upon anyone.
:fingerscrossed: for you! Pink Lady is on the money with this one, so I'd get yourself checked out ASAP. This way you can get the right treatment if there is a prob, or break out the non-alcoholic bubbly if there isn't! ;)
Good luck!

Thanks guys - I didn't want to worry for no reason but last time I was pregnant I felt like vomiting but never actually fainting so I figured something just doesn't seem right.
