Yay!!!!
My fluffy mail arrived. I am so impressed with itti bitti's customer service. I ordered and paid for my order on Monday night. They rang me yesterday morning to discuss what colours I would like in my trial pack and shipped them off that day. Needless to say they turned up this morning and I didn't even pay for express shipping!
Brilliant.

They are so very cute. Nice and trim as well as being so very soft. I know understand why everyone raves about minky nappies. Now I'm just crossing fingers they all fit and work for Jake.

i have found fantastic service from most of the mcn co's. they email promptly contact u if needed and post super fast ! I just bought a medium yellow itti bitti delish. waaaay too small for my daughter so *sigh* has to sit there until baby #3 is ready to wear it - or i get impatient and wanna swap it!

Yeah I've been really impressed. I got my order three days after processing (excellent!) and at first they leaked and then after a couple of days I thought they'd only sent me 12 instead of 13 (yep pregnant brain forgot to count the one on DD's bum!). I sent them an email and instead of emailing back the lady rang me and we had a really nice chat about it. I was very happy with the service and I've since washed the nappies five times and we have not had a SINGLE leak. Awesome.

Mine came today too! My first EVER fluffy mail! I was so freakin excited, yet surprisingly my husband does not share this ecstatic excitement ;)

I only got one small red minky snap-in (we are going with mostly fitteds and covers for the newborn stage), but I love it so much that I'm tempted to get a few more now. Nappy obsession is going to drive us to the poorhouse, I just know it. Ha!
