My arm is killing me and I need something

My arm hurts. Its been like this for about a week and I thought it was getting better the other day but it has now come back with a vengence. I have not done anything to hurt it, so I have no idea, perhaps pregnancy related. Its like muscle and my shoulder and I can barely move it. I cant hold my daughter and I cant sleep on it at night.

I have Brauer Joint and Muscle gel but its an anti inflammatory and unsure of whether I can use it. Any ideas?

Not too sure, it might be worth ringing their hotline to ask. Have you seen your doctor about it? You can also take low level codeine and paracetamol while pregnant, just ask your pharmacist.

Really?! I am very positive it has something to do with being pregnant. What happened? Did you just let it go and wait for it to get better or did you get medication?

I've had cramps on and off for the last few weeks in my legs and arms. My midwife suggested I take a low level magnesium tablet - I take blackmores which is suitable for pregnant women and children. No joke, two days in and my pains have dissapeared.
