Hi ladies,
I'm just wondering if anyone has tried the nappies from Baby Buttcovers?
I have managed to secure one and it will cost $44.35 so I'm just trying to get a good understanding of whether people give them the  or the .
Thanks!

i just had a look - they look ok... wondering if they would be bulky? and wonder how the top material bit would go... but they certainly look very cute and sound very absorbent...
I was even tempted to get one - the cute as a button one! although I only see a price tag of $40 (maybe your including postage?)

Hi there,
Thanks for responding... Yes, I've heard they look like CGRs but I'm new to this game & have no idea what CGRs are!:o
The $4.35 extra is for postage however it says on her website that Registered Post is included free with the orders. I've emailed her to ask and am waiting for an answer.
I wondered if they were bulky but they don't look as bulky as Greenkids. Oh I don't know! Decisions, decisions!

The cute as a botton one is cute OliviasMummy! :bee:
I am trying to go unisex with my nappies so far as we don't know if we are Team Blue or Team Purple just yet.
I got the last funky monkey & he is cute. It was a pale blue with a gorgeous monkey looking as if it was dancing.... or being rather naughty & playing up!
I wondered about the cotton panel at the top as well, but am thinking if it's not a workhorse, it may last the distance.
Once she emails me back about that postage, I'll then go ahead with it, I think. I haven't heard super bad things and as you say, it does look thirsty!

I just heard back from Jen and was informed that the $4.35 postage is part of the registered post fee.
I have had contact with Jen in previous months when I was looking at what nappies to get and on all occasions she has been so helpful, kind & friendly.
I decided to go ahead & get the beautiful monkey nappy afterall.
Come January I'll let you know how it goes but once I recieve it, I'll let you know how it looks!
I'm excited!!! :smiliedance:
I've seen these before and they do look cute! Never used them though.
If you're looking for AI2's around that price, you could also look at Genesa Forge, Fluffy Bubs, Baby Bullfrogs....oh there's heaps of others too:)

I have a "cute as a button" baby butt covers and am really happy with it. Its not to bulky, although when i got it i thought it might be, and my DD is only 8kg at 14 months, it fits her beautifully.. The workmanship is fantastic, the gussetts are excellent for holding in the poosers.. Its definately one of the nappies i hold in higher esteem in our stash!
Just bumping this to see if anyone else has used them & has an opinion on them?
I'm very dubious to spend that sort of money on a nappy I haven't heard much about, when I can get any of my favs for the same $$$$. It also annoys the hell out of me when people can't spell, so that's also really put me off

Hi Ladies,
I haven't recieved my Baby Buttcovers nappy yet but am so excited & am looking forward to it! It should be here Monday or Tuesday.
I haven't noticed any spelling errors on the webpage (gee - I'm a teacher!) I normally do but haven't this time.
Spelling errors do bug me terribly HOWEVER when someone is trying really hard to get their business up & running & is selling what appears to be a great product, I look beyond it.
Afterall, there would be things we can't do very well as well! I can't cook steak or sausages on a pan but that doesn't mean I'm a terrible cook! :p

I haven't washed it yet - won't do that closer to the day but just wanted to say it looks so well made & it's just totally gorgeous!
We love it! :bee:
