i was talking to some one the other day, a childless person, who said they would call doc's on some one when there was no issue just for pay back if they made them made:confused:
i dont see why any one would.. its pretty callous, and low, and besides, doc's already have their hands full with out having to deal with others false claims that stem from a petty argument, or because they annoy you..
just wrong, why would you put the parents through that:no:
would you do it, even when you know the kids are safe?

The only reason i would ever call doc is if the kid/kids were not being looked after.

IMO that would be a disgraceful thing to do :no: What a waste of protection workers' time, having to deal with false claims, when there are so many needy children who need support!

I would only call DOCs if I was concerned about the welfare of the children.
Anybody who does it in the situation described is obviously vindictive, and wasting the time of an overstretched government department. Shame on them.:shame:

i was talking to some one IRL yesterday, they were annoyed with some one, and they said if they annoyed them any more they'd call docs on them...;)
and i said.. umm i could never do that... just wrong;)

Unfortunately there is.
My brother and SIL's neighburs at one stage did this to them simply because they didn't like the noise my niece made when she was outside playing. They claimed SIL was bashing the kids. My niece was under 2 and my nephew was only a few months old.
Its wrong, its a waste of resources and down right stupid IMO.

Unfortunately there is.

It's an absolutely hideous waste of precious resources by hideous people that do this.....
I wonder if it even crosses their mind that because of their disgusting actions some poor child that is in dire need of help and action misses out, and in the worst case scenario has their life hanging in the balance, all for the sake of a bit of petty revenge.....
These kind of people need to see consequences for using overstretched government departments for their own selfish purposes.....
Can you tell this is one of my pet peeves....

honestly i was so angry, this person was talking about doing it to her own sister.. :shame:
No way! My BIL's ex called DOCS on him the night before my wedding (she thought that if she called docs and made up some BS story that docs would take my nephew and he wouldn't be able to be in my wedding) and he was crushed. He had to go to interviews with Docs and also the police all for something he didn't do.
Anyone who does that is sick IMO.

NO WAY! It makes me feel sick to imagine someone doing this to me. It would also be a waste of valuable resources. :mad:

NO! Never ever ever!!
That would be incredibly traumatising for a lot of children, no matter how much I hated their parent/s I could never ever do that to a child.
DOCS already have their hands full dealing with too much of this rubbish.
Lozzaaa I've also heard there are penalties for "payback" reports.
If people want to do this, they should think about all the neglected and abused children in Australia and how they are not receiving help because of (excuse me) d**k heads calling DOCS unnecessarily and forcing severe cases further down the line.

IMO if proven, this should be a chargable offence :thumbsdown: To waste the time of DOCS workers investigating a false claim, endangers the wellbeing, and I'm sure in some cases, the lives, of children in genuine need.

When i told my mother that she was no longer part of my families lives, she did this to me.:no:
She made a report that i was neglecting my kids by locking them in the back yard and feeding them off food and the house was in squalor.
I had a surprise visit and they found nothing wrong with my household. This was just after the 12 children living in the one house in elizabeth so they had to investigate.

:iagree:, its disgusting what some people do to get their jollys off. the prescious time the workers spend on cases like this means another child is being abused in many different ways and makes me want to cry. i hate people who do things like this.
