(Hope this is in the right section).
I'm hoping someone knows of some relaxation classes available in the northern suburbs. I'm not sure what I'm after, I'm open to suggestions for the type of class.
I have 6 weeks to go and I feel I need help to relax urgently. There is so much going on in my life and I am falling apart. I have an intermittent history of depression, but this is different in some way. There is so much anger and hurt inside me as well as deep sadness. It's not like my usual depression.
I am planning a natural birth, but I need control over my mind and emotions to make that happen. Has anyone found relaxation classes to be beneficial? I am calling someone I know today to get help finding a counsellor, but I need more than that.
If you know of relaxation classes please let me know. Ta.
