out of order

hi all,
wondering if anyone can offer up a answer, my sons first two teeth came through normal spots (two bottom center) his next tooth has come up on top gum second spot along...if you understand me, i can also see the opposing tooth emerging??? is this normal...will he have any problems when his others come through???

it isnt "normal" but isnt uncommon.

I have heard that it can make it a little more painful for bubs but otherwise no problems!

my sons 2 bottom teeth also came through first. now his top 4 are coming through at once - not a pleasant experience for either of us. 3 have broken through just the last one to go now. I don't think that it matters which order they come through. i was using bonjella but found it didn't work then someone put me on to sm 33 another teething gel from the chemist - its wonderful, calms him down quickly.
