where to live?

hi ladies, i currently live in brisbane (oxley) and really want to move closer to the beach.

so what do u love about ur area? or places u wish u could live. it has to be qld as i work in real estate and my licence only lets me work in qld.

i need sand and surf and sunshine... i need to be out of the sardine can that is brisbane... houses are so close together. i need to be close to a primary school, not far outta town for work, and dont wanna be to far away from shops and hospitals.

I guess it would all come down to what you can afford? Renting? Buying? Price range?

either or...probably short term rent up to $350 a week, and def thinking of buying soonish... prob up to about 450,000

What about Sandgate/Shorncliffe? That's near the beach but you don't have to leave Brisbane....

we have just moved from peregian beach (between coolum and noosa) and its a BOOM area! try peregian springs as well. Its lovely without the rush and snobbery of noosa. 20mins drive down to the BIG shopping centre at maroochydore.

guess where the move it to??? oxley due to a government academy that is there that i cannot name on the internet lol (rules rules red-tape) (not me but the DF is there)
