I kept my reciepts as it stipulated you had to do it.
You can claim the internet and any computer service etc. Most of my friends are claiming their internet and it's easy to get proof especially if you have paid the bill via netbank.
I do some work for an organization that offers free tax assistance for their clients, and the information we were given actually says that receipts are not required  I remember it clearly because the main guy organising this was really surprised that receipts didn't need to be provided.

See the following link (a press release from the treasurer): http://www.treasurer.gov.au/DisplayDocs.aspx?doc=pressreleases/2009/004.htm&pageID=&min=wms&Year=&DocType=0
It clearly states that receipts must be provided.

Of course you don't have to photocopy and provide evidence with your claim. The point is you shouldn't be claiming for expenses you don't have proof of purchase for!
