Hello to all. DDs father lives overseas, but is paying child support through the Australian CSA. I am aware that there are ways fathers can "get out " of paying child supprt through various loop holes and "companies" ect. I am wanting to know if this has happened to anyone ???? Or if anyone is aware of these "loop holes" .I am wanting to put in a objection to CSA THANKS

DD1's 'idiot'- aka biological father, found a BIG loop hole and is still milking it!
He is self employed and writes off more than half his wage through tax. He does alot of off site jobs (not on the books) and doesn't declair that money. He only declares a minimum. He was refusing to pay anything for a long time but I kept calling CSA ans they would keep calling him until he paid. You see they can't garnish his wages as he gets paid by cheque and is 'self employed' so he pays himself and his own taxes (IYKWIM)

I would call them and enquire about anything. They are not on your side or the father's side but the child's so they really do anything in their power to get to the bottom of any disagreements.
Hope this helps.

oh where do i start.my son is nearly five and his father lives in the same state.he has made maybe a whopping 4 or 5 payment sin that time.there are a million ways that they can get out of it.he works cash in hand as otherwise the csa can take it straight out of his pay.putting assests in someone elses name.not sure of the company loopholes but if you ring the csa complaint line they are very good and helpful.
