:hugs: I too felt like that a couple of years ago and it feels like life is catapulting out of control more and more each day. You have been on the right track with what you said you've been doing keep going, it just takes a while. The one thing that got me out was prayer, God healed me of my depression! I don't know how you feel about that, but I'd be happy to pray for you if you wanted to give God a go, pm me anytime:)
