Hello everyone. :wave: i'm back on for advice again. We have settled nicely into the year and are very happy back at school for term 3... however heading for major changes as my husband has taken a new job in the Brisbane and Roma area and is starting in 2 weeks and we sold our house (took 6 days in total!!) and now I am faced with packing the house, finding a new house, finding a school and moving the children and so on... and so on and so on!!! :confused:we have only today agreed to sell and there is a 3 day cooling off and we won't know where my husband will be based yet... will know by Friday... it could be FIFO to Roma or it could be Brisbane 5 days per week. So I can't even look for a house yet!! EEEKKKK:o
I will have to check back in with updates regarding where we are going... and then I will be looking for some after school hour activities for master 5 who will be 6 when we arrive ... we will move during the september school holidays. As well as a playgroup / creche for my 2 year old. So much to think about so much to do!! I haven't yet, of course told my employer that I will be resigning and when.. I think I will give 2 weeks notice. and so on and on and on. and all that.
I am looking forward to seeing queensland and meeting some new friends and all that, but very sad to be leaving my lovely house and all my family and friends here.
