EEEEEEK too many tomatoes

hmmmm, I seem to have bought a ridiculous amount of small roma tomatoes fromt he market and they are all pretty ripe....any ideas on what to do with em all??

Make up some tomato sauce and freeze it is small quantities to use later with bolognese, pizza topping or plain pasta sauce.

Make some bruschetta. It's really easy, just mix up the chopped tomatoes with a little spanish onion, olive oil and basil, then place on toasted bread. You can eat it hot or cold as a yummy entree or snack.

Thanks for the ideas....I've taken up all of them and STILL have some left so I'm going to slow roast some in the oven and use some of it in a vege lasagne!
