Hi
I have an Aunger Model 3000 car seat that has been used for all 3 of my children since my DD1 birth in June 2005. My 3rd child, 11 month old DD2 is currently using it, and was wondering is there such thing as a 'too old' car seat? It is just over 4 years old?
Thanks

I wouldnt say its too Old. But if you think its starting to get to old and a little unsafe then i would think about a new one.
thanks

10 years is the recommendation. I think you can get them inspected. I'm not sure of where though. If you look at them there will be a manufacturing stamp on it that will give you a more accurate age of the seat. Some of them are sitting on the shelves for a year or 2 before they're bought.
