Hi again everyone.
A couple of weeks ago I put out a call for help in answering a motherhood questionnaire to form the basis of a book on real women's experiences of motherhood. On that post, I asked people to email me to get a list of the questions (which some did, thank you). I've been reading your posts in General Chat and other places and without wanting to sound too sucky, you have some really great things to say and contribute. With that in mind, I realised that perhaps emailing me was a bit of a pain and if I had a direct link to the questionnaire, that would be much easier for you (certainly that's how I would think anyway).
