Correct me if I am wrong.

When everyone got the $900 for tax reasons etc..... if you received any portion of FTB B you also qualified for an additional $900 per family???

I overestimated our income for most of 2008/09 and then in about May I knew what we were getting and changed my estimates, I then qualified for $1.02 per fortnight for FTB B (plus my normal FTB A).

After DH and I have lodged our tax returns will I automatically get this $900?

Plus should I get backpay for the FTB B because I should have been getting $1.02 p/f for the whole year and only got it for the last month or so??

Thanks

As long as you would have been eligible for FTB B on the 3rd of Feb, then yes you will get it when your reconciliation is done.

Here's the link to the Centrelink site

That's just what they've called it. I've earnt an income this FY also, but as it says, if you were eligible for FTB part B on that date, then you would qualify, so if your total income was less than the FTB part B cutoff, then you'd qualify.
